MHI Mission Statement 1.        MHI’s basic principles focus on identifying the specific requirements of each building’s envelope components; analysis and development of effective design solutions for replacement, alteration or repairs, to achieve a sustainable solution for the life-expectancy of the building.    2.       Providing leadership in innovative, practical design of roofing, waterproofing, air barrier and building envelope systems, competent onsite progress monitoring through trained quality assurance observers, while promoting education on building envelope issues throughout the construction and facility management industries, are all primary objectives of the personnel at MHI.
